Lake Eola Park is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando, with a sidewalk that circles the lake 0.9 miles in length, making it easy for visitors to keep track of their walking or running distances. It has been named a Top 5 Best City Park in the U.S. by USA Today’s 10best Readers’ Choice Awards.

Other activities available to park visitors include:

  • Renting swan-shaped paddle boats.
  • Photographing the live swans and other birds inhabiting the park.
  • Seeing a concert, movie or a play in the Walt Disney Amphitheater.
  • Grabbing a bite to eat at local restaurants.
  • Relaxing amid beautiful flower beds and a spectacular view of Orlando’s skyline.

Nathaniel’s Hope Make ‘m Smile 2025

03 May 2025 Join us for the BIGGEST PARTY celebrating kids and adults in the United States! Make ‘m Smile is an annual community festival dedicated to lovin’ on VIP Kids (kids with all types of special needs/disabilities) and their families. We invite people from the community to stroll around the park while enjoying entertainment, food, and family activities.

orange county logoLake Eola has a park-wide sound system which links the amphitheater with speakers surrounding the lake. This project is funded in part by Orange County Government through the Arts & Cultural Affairs Program. The Orlando Community & Youth Trust and the Downtown Development Board/Community Redevelopment Agency partnered with Orange County to provide funding.
