The Downtown Development Board (DDB) and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is here to assist with identifying incentives that your business may be qualified to receive. Together with the Mayor’s Business Assistance Team, we can inform you about any assistance available through the state, city, or the DDB/CRA.

Special Event Grants Program

The DDB's Special Event Grants Program supports diverse arts and cultural opportunities to encourage a variety of entertainment within the area. The purpose of this program is to provide funding through grants to support events.

Downtown Events and Meetings Program

The Downtown Development Board’s (DDB) Downtown Events and Meetings Program is designed to support lodging establishments located within the Downtown Development Area and make them more competitive with other meeting hotels within the Orlando area.

DTO Façade Program

The DTO Façade Program encourages building owners, businesses, and owners of historical residential properties to invest in their properties by financially assisting with renovations to rehabilitate the property.

DTO Retail Program

DTO Retail Program assists in helping retail and personal services business owners achieve a high-quality buildout and/or cover rent expenses.

DTO Restaurant Program

DTO Restaurant Program assists in helping restaurant business owners achieve a high-quality buildout and/or cover rent expenses.

Minority/Women Entrepreneur Business Assistance (MEBA) Program

The Minority/Women Entrepreneur Business Assistance (MEBA) Program is a small business assistance program that was established to retain existing minority-owned businesses located within the Target Area, and to attract new minority-owned businesses to this area.

DTO TAAG Graffiti Removal Program

The DTO Take Action Against Graffiti (TAAG) Program was designed to assist in the removal and abatement of graffiti in downtown Orlando.

S.A.F.E. Program

The Safety Awareness for Everyone (S.A.F.E) Program creates an incentive for businesses and properties to purchase and install security measures that are intended to help deter crime and provide a safer environment for business owners, employees, and visitors.

Sidewalk Café Incentive Program

The Sidewalk Café Incentive Program offers financial assistance to qualified property owners or tenants seeking to make outdoor sidewalk café improvements.
