Transportation Impact Fee Waiver

Program Overview

As part of the Mayor's Strengthen Orlando Initiative, the Transportation Planning Division adopted a city code amendment in April 2011 that provided for an exemption to the assessment of transportation impact fees for certain qualified changes in use.

The program provides up to $20,000 reimbursement to offset change of use transportation impact fees for qualifying businesses expanding or relocating in the city.
