November 2017 Update

Construction of the path was complete in August, 2017.  The City is now making major improvements to the roadway between Carter Street and Church Street.  The next phase will be to make improvements to the roadway between Church Street and Colonial Drive.  The timing of the resurfacing between Church Street and Colonial Drive is dependent on planned OUC utility improvements in the area, and will be done as soon as the OUC project is complete.
