Request to Change a Contractor

Do you need to change a contractor on your project?

Written notification, signed and notarized is required when changing a contractor on your permit.

Projects with an estimated construction cost over $5,000 require an updated copy of a recorded notice of commencement noting the new contractor. Issued permits will be charged 25% of the original permit fee or minimum permit fee, whichever is greater.
