Do you want to request an Impact Fee Payment Plan?

The City of Orlando collects park, sewer, transportation and school impact fees on new development projects to pay for necessary public infrastructure.

Customers who are charged impact fees can apply for an Impact Fee Payment Plan. This payment plan requires two payments: 50 percent of the impact fees due at permit issuance and 50 percent due before final inspection.

Step 1.Gather your information

We will need your permit number and project address.

Step 2.Fill out an Impact Fee Payment Plan request form

We require the property owner's signature and contact information.

Step 3.Get the form notarized

Print out your Impact Fee Payment Plan request form and get it notarized. If you need a notary, we offer notary services at our offices at City Hall.

Once your Impact Fee Payment Plan Request Form has been received, please allow 48 business hours for processing. The adjustment of the fees (50 percent due at permit issuance and 50 percent due at final inspection) will be made to your permit. Email impactfees@orlando.gov if you have additional questions.
