Step 4.Pay your application fee

A non-refundable fee of $275, established by the City Council, is applicable. This fee is for administrative processing and does not guarantee permit approval.

Step 5.Abide by conditions of the permit

After you receive your permit, you must post signs notifying customers that the outdoor area of the restaurant is a dog-friendly service area. The signs must also list the sanitary rules that customers and service personnel must follow. For complete regulations, see city code Sec. 58.899.
