Request

Request to amend the Vista Park/Everbe PD and Framework Master Plan. The current Vista Park Framework Master Plan was approved in 2020, and this amendment replaces the original plan set in its entirety. The overall layout has been updated and all sheets now refer to Everbe, rather than Vista Park. (see previous ZON2015-00032, MPL2020-10061 & -10062, MPL2022-10040, MPL2024-10038 & MPL2024-10071)

Vista Park / Everbe is located south of Leevista Blvd., south of Vista Lakes and Crownpoint/Tivoli Woods, east of Narcoossee Rd. and Vista Lakes, north of SR528 Beachline Expwy. and west of SR417 Central FL Greeneway (+/-1,570 acres, Zone 1)
