Schedule a Permitting Appointment

Step 1.Check your eligibility

Make sure your address is within the city limits via the Orange County Property Appraiser property search.

You can schedule appointment if your property's municipality is listed as Orlando.

Step 2.Gather your materials

Make sure you have:

• A computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device with a webcam.
• Microsoft Teams software or app installed on the device. You can get this at the Apple or Google Play App Store on the device. 
• Internet access.

Step 3.Schedule your appointment

Follow the prompts and enter all applicable information.

Note: Appointments do not include a plan reviewer or inspector.

For virtual appointments, you will receive a confirmation email from our team within 24 hours with an invite to access the virtual appointment.

Step 4.Participate in the meeting

In-person appointments: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Appointments that have not arrived within 15 minutes will be cancelled. 

Virtual appointments: Click the link we sent you to join the meeting at the scheduled time. Make sure to check and activate your webcam beforehand. If you have issues, you can respond to the confirmation email. Appointments that are not joined within the first 10 minutes will be cancelled.
