Join City of Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer for the 24th annual Bike to Work Day and pedal your way through downtown Orlando as we celebrate Florida Bike Month!  

This free event starts with check-in beginning at 7 a.m. at Luminary Green Park, and Mayor Dyer will kick off the group ride at 8 a.m. A limited number of e-bikes will also be available for those who want to participate in the group bike ride but do not own a bike. 

Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or new to biking, this event is for YOU! Bring your helmet, your energy, and your coworkers as we highlight the progress Orlando has made in making cycling safer and easier for everyone.  

What to expect: 
  • A fun, energizing 3.5-mile ride through downtown Orlando  
  • Opportunities to connect with like-minded local vendors and community partners  
  • Free merch and safety gear for participants 
  • A focus on safer streets and eco-friendly transportation options 
  • Get pointers and practice securing your bike to a LYNX bus

Skip traffic! Take LYNX or Sunrail to Bike to Work Day!

LYNX is bike-friendly, allowing you to secure your bicycle on the rack in front of the bus as you relax during your ride to your destination. Use LYNX bus links 19, 60, or 61. These routes will take you to the Luminary Green Park. Additionally, downtown residents can use the Green or Orange LYMMO lines to get to the Luminary Green Park.

Making your way to Bike to Work Day is seamless from any SunRail station, with bicycles welcomed aboard all trains. Disembark at the LYNX Central Station and from there it's just a quick 0.5-mile cycle to the Luminary Green Park. To sync perfectly with the event's 8 a.m. start, catch the northbound train stopping at the LYNX Central Station at 6:56 a.m. or 7:26 a.m., or the southbound train at 6:48 a.m., 7:18 a.m., or 7:48 a.m.
