Hispanic Citizens Police Academy

Join OPD in this five-week course that aims to foster relationships between the police department and the Hispanic community. All courses are taught in Spanish. The academy will cover:

Crime Prevention
Crime Scenarios
Body-Worn Cameras
Crime Scene Investigations
Police Motorcycle Unit
Public Information Officers (PIOs)

Sessions will be held at the Orlando Police Department Training Facility on 100 George DeSalvia Way each Wednesday from 6 - 9 p.m. starting on April 2 until April 30, 2025. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
