City of Orlando Invites the Community to the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration

WHAT:
The city of Orlando and Senator Geraldine F. Thompson invite the entire community to the third annual Juneteenth Celebration at Camping World Stadium.

Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States on June 19th, 1865, and provides an opportunity to celebrate civil rights progress, recognize the injustices Black Americans have endured and continue the collective work to uplift and create a more inclusive city. This annual event is part of the City of Orlando’s continued efforts to create a more equitable, welcoming community and ensure that all residents are equally protected and have equitable access to opportunities that help them thrive.

At the festival, the community can enjoy free, fun activities for the entire family including live music, food, vendors and entertainment. This event is made possible by the City of Orlando's Office of Multicultural Affairs.
