WHAT:
On Saturday, December 21, 2024, District 5 City Commissioner Shan Rose and District 6 City Commissioner Barkari F. Burns will join Orange County Commissioner Mike Scott, in partnership Athlete Connections Foundation and several local community organizations, to host a “December to Remember” event.
The event will offer a variety of festive activities, including holiday giveaways, raffles, live entertainment and much more for the local community. This initiative aims to bring together residents of all ages in celebration of the season and promote unity across neighborhoods.
The Athlete Connections Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on improving the lives of individuals through mentorship, educational resources and support for athletes and their families. This event furthers the city’s commitment to make a positive impact on communities and enhance residents' quality of life.
