New Luminary Market to Launch at Luminary Green Park
Market offers a fresh opportunity for visitors to explore a variety of products from artisans, makers and local businesses
WHAT:
The City of Orlando’s Downtown Development Board is excited to announce the launch of a newly created market - Luminary Market. This monthly market will showcase between 20 to 25 unique vendors, featuring local favorites and curated goods, all designed to celebrate and support the growing Creative Village community of residents, students and workers.
Luminary Market provides space for local brick-and-mortar stores, ensuring collaboration and growth within the district. RTP Productions, the market manager behind the popular Orlando Farmers Market, will oversee operations.
In addition to the shopping experience, visitors are encouraged to stay for the debut of KaleidoScope 360°, an outdoor movie series premiering the same evening. This family-friendly film event will further establish Luminary Green Park as a cultural hub, bringing together community members to enjoy films under the stars.
As Creative Village continues to grow, Luminary Market will serve as a dynamic space for cultural enrichment, providing a platform to celebrate Orlando’s artistic talent and inclusive community. This initiative aims to foster a sense of unity and pride while promoting economic development in downtown Orlando.
Furthermore, the market will introduce diverse food options to Parramore, fostering community growth and enhancing local culinary experiences.
By investing in this family-friendly experience, the City of Orlando is creating a welcoming environment for residents, students, workers, and visitors alike, contributing to the ongoing revitalization of Parramore and surrounding neighborhoods.
