ProjectDox Migration Outage

The City of Orlando’s digital plans submittal and review platform, ProjectDox, will be unavailable beginning Friday, January 3, 2025 at 5 p.m. through Monday, January 13, 2025 at 8 a.m. in order to perform essential system upgrades.

During this time, neither customers nor staff will have access to ProjectDox and will not be able to complete the following actions:

  • Access ProjectDox
  • Submit plans or documents for plan review
  • Access plans or documents from ProjectDox
  • Obtain issued approved plans
  • Staff will be unable to review or view plans submitted

While ProjectDox will be unavailable, our Permitting Services office will be open normal hours. During the outage, staff will be able to assist customers with the following services online and in-person as usual:

  • Submit a business tax receipt application
  • Submit a permit application
  • Schedule inspections
  • Pay permit or business tax receipt fees
  • View completed comments or check permit status on the Permit Lookup Site (link)
  • Obtain an issued permit that does NOT require plans
