Minority and Women Business Enterprise

The Minority & Woman Business Enterprise program is intended to increase the opportunity for minority and woman-owned businesses to participate in city procurement. This ensures equal contracting opportunities for minority and woman-owned businesses (MWBE).

RISE Employment & Training Program

The RISE Employment & Training Program is a City of Orlando initiative hosted in partnership with CareerSource Central Florida and funded with federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), to ensure Orlando’s residents impacted by COVID-19 have equitable access to opportunities for assessment, education, training, coaching and support services to measurably increase their employability.
