The RISE program is only available for City of Orlando residents.

Step 2.Schedule an appointment

You must schedule an appointment to go through orientation. We are not accepting walk-ins.

Step 3.Prepare for your appointment

Please bring the following with you:

• Valid Driver’s License or ID
• Social Security #
• Family Household Income Information
• Bank information, including checking/savings account and routing numbers (in case you are eligible for training assistance)
