Request a Sewer Bill Credit

Step 1.Determine the kind of credit you need

When you renovate or resurface your pool, you can be eligible for a credit adjustment once per calendar year. We'll determine the average water consumption during normal usage and adjust your sewer charges back to the standard cost.

Water leak credit

If you experience a water leak at your home or business, you can have the sewer charge adjusted to better reflect typical usage. Once verified, we'll adjust your sewer charge accordingly on your OUC bill.

Vacancy credit

If your home remains vacant for a certain period, you might be eligible for a credit adjustment. You can apply for vacancy credits twice per calendar year. Keep in mind, there should be electricity usage of 200 KW or less and minimal to no water consumption during the vacancy period.

We will compare your usage with typical usage. If you qualify for a credit, we will adjust your OUC bill within 1-2 billing cycles.

Call our billing team at 407.246.2662. Please have the following ready when you call:

• OUC account number
• Service address
• Proof of repair, like a plumbing receipt or receipt for parts purchased (if it's for a water leak)

Step 3.We'll review your request
