• A current financial statement
• R-T6 and 941 forms
• Federal income tax returns
• Professional licenses

Step 3.We will contact you if more information is needed

We will send a notification through our application system if more information is needed.

Step 4.We will let you know your application status

Status of your expansion request will be made available through the application system after review. Login to view your approval letter, if granted.
