Ashmeed thinks daily about how Dr. King would want the world and his community to be. His desire is to help create a suitable environment where people can be safe and honorable and be sociable with one another. He has assisted by volunteering for food drives to help the homeless and the hungry affected by the pandemic. Ashmeed’s honors include membership on the A&B honor roll, Dean’s, and President’s List.

Future Plans: Ashmeed has accepted the full scholarship opportunity from Tennessee State University and the National Basketball Retired Players Association.
