Apply for Monthly Parking

Step 1.Check your eligibility

Monthly parking is only for parking vehicles. Your vehicle must be properly registered and you must not have any outstanding parking tickets.

Students and downtown restaurant/bar service employees may qualify for special rates.

Step 2.Find a parking lot or garage with availability

Parking rates and availability vary by facility and may change. Download the printable parking map(PDF, 3MB) .

Step 3.Gather your information

• Vehicle make, model, color, and year
• Valid vehicle registration, including the license plate number
• Valid driver’s license
• If you are a student, a scan or photograph of your downtown class schedule
• If you are a service employee at a downtown restaurant or bar, a scan or photograph of either your latest paystub or a letter confirming your employment from your place of work

Step 4.Sign your lease and pay

Step 5.Create an online MiParc account

Once your application is approved, you will need to create an online MiParc account to make your payments.

Step 6.Park in your assigned space and continue to make your monthly payments

After you have made your payment, we will give you an access card and a copy of your lease, which includes how to make payments in-person or by mail and how to cancel.
