Downtown Recreation Center

The newly renovated Downtown Recreation Center is home to The Youth Advocacy Resource and Development center. Designed to provide older youth ages 14 to 19 with a comfortable and creative space, the facility will be open each day from after school until 9 p.m.
 
Amenities include a traditional game room as well a separate electronic gaming space and the original full-size gym for activities and pick-up games of basketball.
 
Neighborhood youth will also have access to tutoring, financial literacy training and other enrichment programs designed for older youth to learn life skills and explore potential career paths.
