Downtown Recreation Center Overflow Parking 

As you may have noticed there is currently construction around the Downtown Recreation Complex. This construction activity may impact some of the nearby parking areas. At the same time, holiday events and programs may bring an increased number of visitors to the Recreation Complex. We want to make sure you are aware of available parking options.

The main Recreation Complex parking area is shown on the map in green. Should this parking area be full when you arrive, please know that overflow parking is available a short walk away at the corner of Parramore Avenue and Amelia Street, shown in yellow.

Follow the blue path along Parramore Avenue to the Recreation Complex.

If you’re attending events at the Recreation Complex, please consider carpooling with your friends or family or using LYNX and LYMMO which have stops nearby.

As construction activity continues, we assure you efforts are underway to find the best parking options available for you.

Basketball Shootout Parking Information

We're excited to host the City of Orlando Basketball Shootout Saturday, December 9th and Saturday, December 16th, where you can watch some of the best high school athletes in action.

Construction activity near the Downtown Recreation Complex will impact parking areas nearby so we want to make sure you know there are parking options available to you.

The main Recreation Complex parking area is shown on the map in green. Should this parking area be at capacity when you arrive, ample overflow parking is available a short walk away at the northeast corner of Parramore Avenue and Amelia Street, shown in yellow.

Follow the red path along Parramore Avenue to the Recreation Complex.
