- Auditorium – $100 per hour + tax – capacity 250 persons
- Arts and Crafts Room – $30 per hour + tax – capacity 25 persons
- Kitchen – $15 per hour + tax
- Park – $100 per day + tax
Rental Policy and Procedures
- Labor Fee of $15.00 per hour + tax
- $100 refundable damage/clean-up deposit
- General liability insurance is required and is not refundable. It must be provided at time of rental or purchased from the City. Costs vary based upon the number of attendees.
- Beer, wine and champagne are allowed with prior approval and additional insurance
- All rentals must be paid in full at time of booking. Set-Up and Clean up time must be included in the rental times. Tables and chairs are available (inside only)
- Rentals must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to event to receive a refund
