The first floor package includes the use of three different rooms; the living room, the sunroom, and the parlor. This floor is often used for a cocktail style party or a mingling reception.

This room contains a large conference table and is ideal for meetings.

The bridal suite in the Eola House includes a seating area and a vanity to be used for bridal preparations with direct access to an outdoor staircase for a grand entrance to a ceremony on the East Lawn or in the Summerlin Room.
