Eola House Rooms

On the first floor of the Eola House, you'll find the sunroom, living room, and parlor. Moving to the second floor, you'll discover the Summerlin Room, patio, Royal Swan Room, and Thornton Park Room. These spaces offer cozy and welcoming areas for relaxation and socializing.

First Floor

Hourly Rate: $150

The first floor package includes the use of three different rooms; the living room, the sunroom, and the parlor. This floor is often used for a cocktail style party or a mingling reception.

Thornton Park Room

Capacity: 10

This room contains a large conference table and is ideal for meetings.

Summerlin Room

Hourly Rate: $75
Capacity: 30

The largest functional space in the house, located on the second floor. This room is excellent for meetings, parties, and small wedding ceremonies. A foyer area and a walk-out patio are included.

Royal Swan Room

Hourly Rate: $45

The bridal suite in the Eola House includes a seating area and a vanity to be used for bridal preparations with direct access to an outdoor staircase for a grand entrance to a ceremony on the East Lawn or in the Summerlin Room.
