Reserve Space in a City Park

Do you want to host an event at a city park?

The City of Orlando rents pavilions, picnic tables, and open spaces. Parks remain open to the public, and non-rented areas are available first-come, first-served.

Reservation Guidelines:

  • Full Payment: Required to secure the date.
  • Event Types: Family events only (e.g., birthdays, reunions).
  • Labor (if needed), Insurance ($50), Damage Deposit (if applicable).
  • Refunds: A refund, except for insurance and administration fee will be issued if the event is canceled due to inclement weather.
  • No Inflatables: Bounce houses or similar items are not allowed.

Step 3.We will contact you

Someone from Parks will contact you within two business days regarding your request. If your reservation is approved, we'll review park rules, guidelines, and payment options with you.

Step 4.Make a payment and secure your reservation

To secure your event date, complete your payment over the phone by credit or debit card.

Step 5.Review rental documents

You’ll receive a copy of your receipt and rental contract by email.

Step 6.Host your event

Reservation signs will be posted before your event if applicable. Your rental contract will include an emergency contact number for Parks staff.

Step 7.Receive any deposit or refunds

After your event, Parks staff will process any applicable refunds based on the conditions outlined in the reservation guidelines.
