Do you want first responders to easily enter your property during a fire or medical emergency?
You can store entrance keys, access cards and floor plans in a high-security Knox Box that is key-controlled by the Orlando Fire Department.
Your Commercial or Multifamily property must be within City of Orlando limits. Although your address may say Orlando, you might be in unincorporated Orange County or another nearby city. Use this map to verify if your property is within the City of Orlando limits.

Knox box purchases are made directly from the vendor. Ensure that you choose "Orlando Fire Dept" as the Local fire department/agency.
Purchase your Knox Box
After receiving your Knox Box, fill out a fee application to let us know how you will pay. You need to complete a separate application for each address you want to install a Knox Box.
Once submitted, we will review your application and contact you within three business days to complete the payment process.
Complete the Application
After payment is made, you can install your Knox Box. You must mount the box at a height of six to six feet five inches (6’-6’5”) from the ground.
Notify us when the box has been installed to place the keys. Please allow three business days for an email confirmation with a date.
