Do you need to report a flooding issue?
The city sends staff to review storm drain flooded locations to prevent safety concerns or property damage.
Keep in mind:
- If this is an emergency, please call 911.
- To use this service, the flooding issue must be within City of Orlando limits.
- This service does not apply to flooding inside your home.
