 July 16, 2024 5520 Gatlin Avenue  Permit must be acquired from City of Orlando Permitting Services for stormwater system modifications or return stormwater system back to the pre-approved plans. Repair all erosion caused by water leaving the property. Sod all bare/disturbed areas.
 July 16, 2024 4680 Lake Underhill Road  Mechanically-remove vegetation by the root system from east pond. Remove sediment from inside the spillway that takes drainage from under the wall to the west pond. Remove excessive sediment piles from inside and on the banks of the west pond. Sod all bare/disturbed areas.
 June 25, 2024 5584 Metro West Boulevard  Repair pipe leading into Shingle Creek, located on the southeast corner of property. Permit must be acquired from City of Orlando Permitting Services. 
 June 18, 2024 2750 E Landstreet Road  Mechanically-remove vegetation by the root system from all pond banks located at 2750 E Landstreet Road and OCPA Parcel ID 31-23-30-0063-00-002. Chemically-treat floating vegetation in the body of the ponds. Repair broken pipe behind headwall. Repair metal skimmer on control structure. Repair cracks in outfall box inside the manhole.
 May 24, 2024 3362 All American Boulevard  Repair gutters and down spouts. Repair all erosion on eastern side of property. 
 May 9, 2024 5297 S Semoran Boulevard  Mow retention pond. Remove trash and debris from retention pond and in/around interconnected pipe. Remove trees by the root system from retention pond. Sod all bare/disturbed areas. 
 May 8, 2024 5703 S Semoran Boulevard  Remove vegetation and sediment from trench drain at southwest corner of property. Replace broken trench drain grates. Remove sediment in mitered end section at detention pond. 
 April 19, 2024 8185 Lee Vista Boulevard   Remove accumulated sediment and overgrowth in front of mitered end section, located at the northwest side of the parcel. Sod all bare/disturbed areas. Return the entire stormwater system back to the approved plans, or re-design the stormwater system to accommodate and address current site conditions.
