 October 22, 2024 Rosewood Colony on Shannon Brown Drive  Remove sediment and debris from inlet structures and stormwater pipes at the entrance of Rosewood Colony on Shannon Brown Drive. Remove accumulated sediment in front of the headwalls, located in the swales along North Lake Orlando Parkway.
 October 22, 2024 1935 Conway Road  Repair or replace the stormline on the south side of Conway Plaza. Permit must be acquired from City of Orlando Permitting Services. 
 October 21, 2024 3608 E Colonial Drive  Mechanically remove all palm trees growing in the pond. Remove all trash and debris in pond. Clean system by jet vactoring all stormwater pipes and structures. 
 October 7, 2024 907 S Kirkman Road  Chemically-treat vegetation in all wet retention ponds. Remove trash and debris from all ponds. Remove sediment and trash in and around all control structures. Repair all erosion along pond banks. Remove pipes not permitted to discharge or withdraw water from ponds. Mow dry retention pond. Replace underdrains. Permit must be acquired from City of Orlando Permitting Services.
 September 12, 2024 Vista Lago Pond to the west of Palmera Street  Mechanically remove all vegetation by the root system from the detention pond. Remove vegetation from the outfall structure. 
 April 19, 2024 8185 Lee Vista Boulevard   Remove accumulated sediment and overgrowth in front of mitered end section, located at the northwest side of the parcel. Sod all bare/disturbed areas. Return the entire stormwater system back to the approved plans, or re-design the stormwater system to accommodate and address current site conditions.
