Report a Missed Garbage Dumpster Pickup

Was your garbage dumpster not collected at your business or apartment?

Let us know what dumpster was missed so we can pick it up.

Keep in mind:

  • The garbage missed should be a dumpster (not a cart).
  • The location of the missed dumpster must be within city limits.

Step 1.Locate the dumpster number on the front

There is a number assigned to each dumpster. Example: 4-4057

Step 2.If possible, take a photo of the dumpster

A photo can help us find the dumpster faster.

Step 3.Report the missed collection

Step 4.Clear the area around the dumpster

Clearing the area will help our trucks access your dumpster.

  • Remove boxes or other materials from the front of or around the dumpster
  • Make sure the dumpster is not blocked by vehicles

Step 5.We will pick up your garbage

We will pick up your garbage within two business days.
