Step 1.If possible, take a photo of the missed cart or yard waste

Photos help us find your trash cart faster.

If we missed your yard waste, please include a picture of the pile. This will help us send the correct truck.

Step 2.Report the missed collection

Step 3.Leave the trash at the curb

Leave the trash at the curb so we can access it.

• Don't block the area in front or around the trash.
• Make sure it's on the curb by 6 a.m. on your collection day.
• Your bin cannot be within two feet of obstacles like mailboxes, utility boxes or shrubs.
• We can't pick it up if the bin is overloaded or has items on the lid.

Step 4.We will pick up your trash

We'll pick up your garbage before your next regular pickup day.
