Senior Connections

Staying engaged, independent and included!

Welcome to Senior Connections where you can get information about all of our programs for residents 55 and up.

Groups meet throughout the city every week for activities and programs. There’s also a special event each month bringing all of our seniors across the city together to make even more friends.

We have two neighborhood centers dedicated to our over 55 tribe in the city.

Seniors can drop in for a tour and find out from our helpful staff which of the more than 100 clubs, classes and activities are right for them. We have dance classes, crafts of all kinds, and activities to keep you moving. Some programs have a small fee, but not our fitness facilities. If you’re a city resident over 55, you can bring your ID to the Beardall and Allen Centers and work out for free!

Many of our neighborhood centers also have programs for seniors.
