Office of Multicultural Affairs

The Office of Multicultural Affairs reflects Mayor Dyer’s commitment to providing the diverse ethnic community of Orlando with the most comprehensive information of the services provided by the city to its residents.

This office supports the city’s Economic Development Department on offering bilingual assistance to existing minority businesses and newcomers with information of the city business resources. We also offer guidance to foreign entrepreneurs who want to establish, relocate and expand their businesses to Orlando.

The Office of Multicultural Affairs supports the city’s Hispanic Office for Local Assistance (HOLA), which offers information in multiple languages to our residents and visitors about government aid, housing, education, recreational parks, higher education institutions and many other services.

The office collaborates with other multicultural communities that contribute to the economic, cultural and philanthropic development of our city, such as African American, Haitian, Puerto Rican, Asian, Arab, Muslim, Brazilian, LGBTQ+ and others.
