Step 1.Check your eligibility

Before applying, confirm that your business meets the requirements for Small or Local Business Enterprise certification.

Eligibility requirements may include business size, ownership, and operational criteria. Review the certification requirements before continuing.

Step 2.Check if you are already registered as a vendor

Visit the link below to see if your business is already registered in the system.

If your business is listed, proceed to Step 4 to log in and apply for certification.
If your business is not listed, proceed to Step 3 to complete vendor registration.

Step 3.Register as a vendor

You must be registered as a City of Orlando procurement vendor before applying for Small or Local Business certification through the SBE vendor system (B2Gnow).

Step 4.Log in to apply for certification

Once you have registered as a vendor, log in to the City’s SBE vendor system (B2Gnow) to complete your Small or Local Business certification application.
