The City of Orlando Survey Section is responsible for reviewing, rejecting and accepting of any private development or public improvement project as-built survey as it relates to acceptance according the City of Orlando’s Engineering Standards Manual, Chapter 5 Survey Standards and specifically Section 5.03.

Section 5.03 As-Built Survey Requirements

Definition of As-Built Survey as defined in 5J-17.050 of the Florida Administrative Code: a survey performed to obtain horizontal and/or vertical dimensional data so that constructed improvements may be located and delineated.
